অমল শান্তি তুমি বলো
আন্তর্জাতিক দিবসের জন্য
দারিদ্র্য দূরীকরণ কি
আপনি বোকা দারিদ্রের কথা বলছেন,
আপনি থাকার সময়
যুদ্ধের কারণে মানুষ ক্ষুধায় মারা যায়
আরেকটা ক্ষতি হলো মানবাধিকার সংস্থাগুলো
আপনি কি বিবৃতি প্রকাশ করেন না?
কেন নয়, পৃথিবী যখন ধ্বংসে ক্লান্ত? মৃত্যু ও ধ্বংসে ক্লান্ত সংগঠনগুলো কিছুই করতে পারছে না
আর তুমি বলো আমার অভাব
দারিদ্র্যের কাছে ফোঁড়া
হাজার হাজার মানুষ ক্ষুধায় মারা যায়
হাজার হাজার টাকা যুদ্ধে ব্যয় হয়
মানুষকে আশা দিতে ফিরে যান
আশা ছড়িয়ে ফিরে যান,
শান্তি ছড়িয়ে দিন।

And you say my deficiency
boils down to poverty
Thousands of victims died of hunger Thousands of money are spent on wars
Go back to giving people hope
Go back to spreading hope,
spreading peace.
